BreAnda Northcutt is the executive director of FOA Communications, a dynamic communication and marketing team at UC Davis that supports more than a dozen departments within the Division of Finance, Operations and Administration. Her team has earned recognition for creative and impactful campaigns that solve complex challenges and connect with diverse audiences.

With a knack for building strong relationships and an eye for strategic opportunities, BreAnda has become adept at navigating the intricacies of the UC organizational structure. Her leadership fosters collaboration, continuous learning and a commitment to delivering meaningful results.

As part of the senior leadership team, BreAnda facilitates strategic discussions, advises university executives, and leads initiatives that range from launching large-scale campaigns to mentoring a talented team of communicators. BreAnda holds a Master of Arts degree in Communication Studies from Cal State Sacramento and a Bachelor of Arts degree in English from Simpson University. She is a graduate of the UC Coro Leadership Collaborative program, where she helped develop a Faculty Leadership Development toolkit that remains a resource for leadership programs across the University of California system.

A resident of West Sacramento, BreAnda lives with her partner and four children.
