FOA HR is committed to partnering with departments to provide comprehensive support and guidance. 

We offer a wide range of services, including recruitment assistance, salary actions, performance management, training and development, help with exits and leave processes, and more!

Salary Actions

HR assists with salary actions by conducting equity reviews, managing reclassifications when job responsibilities change, and overseeing stipends for additional duties. These processes ensure transparent, competitive, and equitable compensation.

Employee and Labor Relations

HR partners with leadership to draft grievance responses, attend hearings, and performance management issues, including drafting or reviewing disciplinary documents. They work closely with E&LR regarding various Employee & Labor Relations concerns.

Recruitment

HR assists with recruitment requests, ensuring the process is smooth and efficient. They partner with Shared Services Offices (SSO) and Talent Acquisition (TA) teams to streamline hiring, while also participating in interview panels to assess candidates.

Other Services

HR supports a wide range of activities, including training and development for managers. They also assist with the Document Management System (DMS) and help navigate leave processes, ensuring compliance and smooth operations. Reach out for more information!

Exits

HR assists with processing both voluntary and involuntary employee exits, ensuring compliance with policies and smooth transitions. They can conduct exit interviews to gather feedback and help managers assess the need for backfills or restructuring.
