At the request of space owners, centralize more conference reservation spaces and increase their usage. With dwindling resources to manage event space, a more centralized approach will lower costs and improve usage.

Integrate additional spaces into Conference and Event Services operations throughout FY 25-26. Requests already made by Shrem Museum and International Center.

Automate and streamline the time reporting process for the Aggie Host Security program and the UC Davis Police. Both groups used error-prone and labor-intensive paper timesheets, given unconventional hours worked and multiple funding sources.

For Aggie Host, complete the conversion by December 2025 and reduce cross-departmental administrative time for position management, timesheet submission, approval and processing from 50 hours to 13 hours per biweekly pay period. For UC Davis Police, by June 2026, engage the TRS workgroup, other UC locations, UCOP, HR, and Labor Relations to define requirements for the TRS system to include the public safety populations.

Automate the account creation by 9/22/25. Once launched, decreased turnaround time by 50% or more. Measure satisfaction with the reduction of manual work by HR staff and feedback from end users.
