Tammy provides high level consultation, leadership, analysis, advice, and planning regarding organizational and Human Resources issues for Finance, Operations, and Administration. She counsels and provides guidance in the areas of Recruitment, Employee Relations and Performance Management for staff employees. Additionally, she serves as a division liaison to E&LR, Recruitment, Classification/Compensation, Benefits, Risk Management, Workers' Compensation, and Shared Services Center on human resource matters.
