In order to best serve you, FOA HR requests that you review the following information before initiating a recruitment request:

Formulate a general idea of the position description

Provide a copy of a current and proposed organization chart

Secure funding account/source

Review budget

Provide name of candidates manager/supervisor and a proposed schedule

Approve interview exercises and confirm work samples
